EXTREMELY rude dental hygienist. No kindness, cruel bedside manner. Disrespectful. DONT GO HERE!!! I told Dr. Gaukman, thinking he would want to know and he said “I don’t know who you are”.(spent many thousands of dollars here in the past) He was more interested in his financial advisor at that moment than talking to a patient in distress.
AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I ended up seeing them for the first time about 6 months ago for tooth pain, and it was the only one on my insurance list that still took my insurance. Here is my experience with the office in the past month: 1) I called at 9:30 on a Monday and was able to get an appt for 11. I had a very painful ulcer on a tooth. Alex has taken wonderful care for my family for well over a decade now. Always get treated like family. You too will be pleased.
Have insurance they said they wouldn't take it there should have been a discount and they refuse to offer it with in network provider
