I've been a patient of Dr Gaukhmam for 15+ years. I was a patient at his original Port Charlotte location, then his Venice location, and now back in his new Port Charlotte location. If his staff and service were anything less than amazing I wouldn't have followed them to three different locations. As for the negative reviews I read, I can say that I don't judge an entire restaurant based on one person's social bad attitude. EXTREMELY rude dental hygienist. No kindness, cruel bedside manner. Disrespectful. DONT GO HERE!!! I told Dr. Gaukman, thinking he would want to know and he said “I don’t know who you are”.(spent many thousands of dollars here in the past) He was more interested in his financial advisor at that moment than talking to a patient in distress.
AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS! If I could give this office 0 stars I would. I ended up seeing them for the first time about 6 months ago for tooth pain, and it was the only one on my insurance list that still took my insurance. Here is my experience with the office in the past month: 1) I called at 9:30 on a Monday and was able to get an appt for 11. I had a very painful ulcer on a tooth.
