I made an appt for my disabled daughter to establish care. The soonest they could get her in was about 4 months out. I was given the office address. Today is the day of the appt. I take off work early, get my disabled adult daughter ready to go, into the car. Get to the office building, BJC medical building 2 (like we were instructed), walk in and can't locate the office. Dr Schuetz and Malinda always give excellent care. The ladies who answer the phones on the other hand I always have problems with. I get put on hold and forgotten about, hung up on, told they can’t help me, one lady always tries to diagnose me over the phone when all I want is to make an appointment to see my doctor. I sat on hold twice for 45 minutes today before I gave up.

Dr. Schuetz has been my physician for several years. Always pleasant and always on top of whatever is going on with any issues I have. Recommend him highly. His office is always very helpful and always professional.
