If I could give 0, I will do that. This Ophthalmologist is disrespectful to his patients no patient no care no listening. His office is like a supermarket NOT A MEDICAL Office. Waiting time about 40+ minutes when we had an appointment. With seeing doctor only 5 minutes…… Patient can’t have any questions or explanations about the procedure. DO NOT go this doctor.

Very disappointing experience. I have been going to this office for quite some time, and unfortunately, the same problems have happened repeatedly. Doctor Wu spends almost no time with the patient. During my visit today, the actual interaction with the doctor was only about two minutes. He seemed extremely rushed, impatient, and uninterested in listening to my questions or concerns. I've been seeing Dr. Wu for, I believe about 15-20 years. Dr. Wu is professional, friendly and thorough. He asks questions and answers all questions. Never rushes his patients through. Carefully performs all procedures and ensures that everything is ok before discharging the patients. He genuinely cares about his patients. The staff is always professional and friendly as well. I've have never had a negative experience here.
I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. I felt that there was very little patience shown during my visit, and the interaction came across as dismissive and unkind. My questions were not welcomed, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unsupported. I hope the doctor can improve communication and better manner for future patients.
