Waited 2 1/2 hours to be seen, after being told to come in an hour early. Was seen at 6:30 pm, only to be told they wouldn't see my mom and we need to schedule with another surgeon.
Cancelled surgery without any notification. Office staff refused to schedule an appointment as he told me to make. Office personnel rude and hung up on me.
A very caring physician, goes above & beyond with his patients well being. I was in surgery & while the pathologist was testing my lymph nodes for the cancerous ones, he noticed another area in a totally different location & was concerned. He went to the waiting room & asked my husband if was ok for him to remove it & of course my husband agreed. Bottom line it was basal cell carcinoma, we had no idea. How many doctors do you know that would have been observant & caring enough to do that!
