Attentive, knowledgeable and detail oriented. A great OD and a great office!
Did not address my concerns. Felt like the doctor didn't know enough and just wanted my money.
Dr. Alex is great. His office has always been fast getting me in with little to no wait. He knows his stuff and was able to give me advice on lasik surgery that I hadn't learned anywhere else. His staff is very helpful. I live over 45 mins away and have many other options closer to home, but he is worth the travel!
He was rude. Did not want to address my vision problems. Made me wait 20 min, while he was talking on his cell-phone. Kept on texting during the exam.
