WARNING: I made a new patient appointment with Dr. Cohen and waited roughly a month to see him. 2 days before my appointment they send a text to confirm - and instead of being scheduled with Dr. Cohen I was scheduled with Remi Dieujuste, APRN. So I called to ask if that was correct and they said yes. They said Dr. Alex Cohen doesn't even ever work at that location. So I asked why they told me I was scheduled with Dr. Cohen when really I was scheduled with a completely different person who has a different level of training. N... read more
Rude, Argumentative and unhelpful office staff who don’t return calls!
Great guy and a good analyst of illness as mentioned I've been going to him for almost 30 years. That tells you something don't you think.
Dr. C has been my doctor for over 20yrs and has been very patient, courteous and shows compassion every visit I've had. I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
While I really do like Dr Cohen, getting in to see him is impossible. In August 2018, I was horribly sick. I called, wasn't able to get in. So of course I had to go to an UrgentCare. After the visit and X-Rays determined that I had Pneumonia, I was told that I needed to follow up immediately with my PCP. I called them, and they offered me 1 1/2 month wait. The purpose of a PCP is for emergency situations. It's a disgrace. DO NOT USE!!!
I have known Dr. Cohen for nearly 30 years. He used to be great when he had his own practice, but ever since he became involved with RMA he has become a typical 10 minute doctor. Trust me, it seems he is burned out. I called his office for a emergency appointment for that day or the next day and was told the only available date was in TWO WEEKS! And this is not the first time this has happened. It seems it is always like that now. Pathetic! They say to go to Urgent Care. What the F***? Bye Doc
Horrible staff. His staff is the most unprofessional bunch of women i've ever encountered. Look elsewhere!
I have been going to Dr Alex Cohen for quite a few years and I have found him to be professional & caring. He does practice what he preaches.
