Showed up for my 3 pm appointment for cleaning with Sammie at Planes’s Dental Tradition location and was greeted by another person who stated that she would be doing my cleaning and I promptly told her that will not be happening.That practice called me and confirmed my appointment for today with Sammie and intentionally did not informed me that Sammie would be away. Went in to have a tooth removed, it was a fast && easy process! All the staff were very welcoming! Great place! Thank yall!!!
This rate isn't on service but the office staff. I told them when I arrived that I had just had a cleaning so I was concerned if my insurance would pay but I needed help with severe TMJ pain. They said don't worry, well take care of it. I told them twice they could get my trays that I had gotten the prior week and to please don't do anything not covered by my insurance - no problem, we'll take care of it.
