The best office! There is no judgement from the dentist or the staff. They got me in quickly for an emergency prior to the holidays. Also, the dental assistant, Luz was awesome! She was super nice and went above and beyond to get me back in the following day for a crown placement. I would totally recommend based off my personal experience.
Dr Pham is the Best Dentist I have ever encountered His knowledge of dentistry is great, but more than that he has a heart for the patient! I recommend him 100% It’s very rare that you found a dentist that cares anymore about the person and what they’re suffering And not just about the money. I referred him to several people already! The environment has changed for the worst as a previous post stated. I had an approved cost for a bridge. Paid half, in which I was told it was half before the start of the process. After, the bill increased almost $300 after the completion. The staff said my insurance was denied. There is more but too long.. The staff is incompetent and have attitudes when they are questioned. I was treated very nicely and everyone is so sweet and Dr. Pham listened to my needs.
I've been going to Dr Pham for many years and it saddens me to say the service is not what it used to be. There was a time when Dr Pham was very personable and wanted to make sure you were happy and he tried to make things work for you. Today though, every visit that requires his attention feels like he is trying to get done and get away as fast as humanly possible, to the point you question if he is taking short cuts that permanently affect you.
