The service was rushed and chaotic. I got messages while at appointment telling I had missed my appointment. It seemed they had over scheduled and were in a hurry to get you out. They failed to do all of the services they said I would get when I called to schedule appointment and failed to provide work exercises that that docitr recommended for nw to do at home. I reached out and was told I would get the information on my next appointment, 4 days out.
There has never been a more phenomenal group of people to offer me compassionate and high quality treatment as I received from Injury Medical Clinic. I wish care of this standard was universal.
I’ve been to several chiropractors all over El Paso and this place is absolutely the best. When I thought it could not get any better to my surprise they now have a new doctor -Dr. Karam who is incredibly helpful knowledgeable and supportive HE is THE BEST Chiropractor in all of El Paso he and Dr. Jimenez have really helped bring me back to life.
