Four female staff members were not wearing a mask. I arrived on time for my morning appt and, as I was waiting, was told at least 5 people were ahead of me! I left.
they charged for a procedure without telling me there was an additional fee for it! I'll never go back! I'm not the only one who has experienced this problem at that clinic!
