The staff was super friendly, but I was overall not incredibly satisfied with Dr. Hill. I had to get a few fillings, and after the procedure, I noticed significant pain in one tooth for weeks. I went in to get it looked at, Dr. Hill worked on it, and waited for the pain to get better. I waited another month before going back with the same complaint, and again Dr. Hill did some work on it. I've received dental care on multiple visits from Dr. Alex Hill and his wonderful team. I had a routine cleaning, an emergency extraction, and a crown placed on another cracked molar. At every appointment, especially the emergencies, I felt confident I was with the right team. Although I was nervous, I was extremely comfortable during the most invasive procedures and credit that to the team's professional skills. There was a minor scheduling snafu but they had us back in the very next day. Very professional. Taylor did most of the work, she was pleasant and explained every step, putting my mind at ease. I'm actually looking forward to going back.
