Staff is rude. You have to pay for paper work to be done which is 10 dollars a page and all they have to do is call in your diagnostics and it’s free to do so, if you’re sick and cancel your appointment you have to pay 50.00 and you can’t reschedule until you pay your past balance. And in order to get your disability benefit paperwork done you have to pay for the paperwork and it takes over a week for them to do it and mine as been over a week and nobody will communicate with me . I had an appointment with Dr. Gorenshein on the 10th of July. A family problem came up and I had to either change the time of the appt or change it to the 11th. Before I could say anything the receptionist said we will bill you $40 for changing the appt! I called at 10:05 am. My appt was in the morning. I said I’m not paying $40 because I’m not cancelling just changing the time. Just another way to get money. I immediately called my insurance and told them about this scam. Of course I will NOT be seeing this doctor.

I Love My Dr Gorenshtein he's fabulous! The office Staff is great too my only issue is they get in early but, don't answer the phone. The Winchester office is Horrible Tracy The person whom I returned a call to this morning said I'm running the office myself and didn't have time to talk about my surgery date said I'll call you back and hung up May 6th 8:21 am very Rude

Great Doctor. Very sweet gentle and just a nice person all around. Very caring and got scheduled for surgery very quickly although I wasn’t cleared by my doctor because I was sick so had to wait.
