The wait was not very long and office was clean. The staff are friendly and professional. I had a very positive experience and will be back to for a followup. All around great dentist and front desk staff. Parking on the other hand is a pain. Make sure you have quarters for the meter.
Dr. Rosen is an excellent and caring dentist. But the office reception person has serious problems. I recommended my wife to see Dr Rosen. She made an appointment 3 months in advance. The week of the appointment she called to reconfirm. When arrived the front attendant (from India) made her wait 3-1/2 hours while he took all walk ins who spoke Hindu ahead of my wife. My whole family visited after picking a name out of a book. My youngest needed to be seen a few times...the office is clean and all precautions were taken...my youngest 8 yrs old was explained every step of the way on what was happening next. This office is amazing from the reminder calls to being greeted upon entry. Love the entire staff!
One of the slowest places I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes for them to even acknowledge that I was there, then an hour when no one was there but me for the back to call me in for a pre check then waited for 20 minutes then called back again for them to brush my teeth and say everything was fine
