I cannot recommend Dr. Di Pietro highly enough. He goes above and beyond for his patients, as does the staff. They always listen and are flexible and there is never any upselling/hard selling. My whole family has received excellent dental care. Also a special shout out to Brent who is always warm, patient and welcoming.
Best dentist experience I've ever had. I almost feel like it's a spa day when I go for a cleaning, it's gentle yet very thorough. Everyone who works there from the front desk, hygienists and of course Dr. Di Pietro are so skilled and excel at what they do. I've also had a complex wisdom tooth extraction which went very well. I had adequate pain relief before and after, it was quick and easy despite being a more complicated surgery, plus he was checking in with me after and provided quick follow up when I needed it.
The team is so great! Shout out to Brent for holding the place down, assisting and billing me out with a smile on his face on the busiest of days. Highly recommend this clinic for esthetic, cleanliness and over all comfort ! You guys rock!
I had a mixed experience. This office is conveniently located in the Portage office building. On the positive side, the dentist and hygienist services were excellent. I was happy with the quality of care I received. However, I encountered significant issues with the administrative and billing aspects. The rates charged in 2024 were approximately twice the maximum reimbursed by my insurance, which made the out-of-pocket costs much higher than anticipated.
