This review is for Dr. Ternian's billing coordinator, Stephanie (I hope I spelled that correctly). What an absolute GEM of a human! My husband and I had so many questions regarding insurance procedures for an upcoming surgery and she went above and beyond to help explain the process to us step-by-step. Not many people would have even bothered. I hope Dr. Ternian knows what how lucky he is to have her!
