Dr Aleks has helped me with so much over the last year. I have had problems with addiction, mental and physical health, relationships and work. Aleks has brought a lot of compassion, encouragement and valuable insight to every challenge I’ve faced. He has helped me navigate and overcome all of these challenges calmly and rationally. I leave every session with a better understanding of myself and the people around me. He is very understanding and very easy to talk to. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I've seen a dozen pyscologists in my life and none have had the impact on my mental health as Dr Aleks. To be truly seen and understood through all my impossible walls & given patience as I navigated my childhood trauma, is a gift I will forever be grateful for.

My journey to therapy was long and difficult as it is very hard to find someone who listens without judgement, understands without bias, analyzes without preconceived notions, and helps you navigate around the issues carefully without nuking your senses. Being diagnosed as AuDHD, Dr Aleks has been extremely helpful in guiding me to figure out coping mechanisms and understand myself and my behaviours better. I’ve seen a number of psychologists in my time, but I’ve grown to really prefer the contemporary methods Dr Aleksander uses in his treatment. I find his tools have really helped and I am forever thankful to have been given this knowledge to refer back to for the remainder of my life.
