Alekos helped me with a spinal/back injury in an accident several years ago. When he evaluated me, he said to wait 3 to 4 weeks to wait for improved results. After 3 to 4 weeks I had a follow up and his recommendation was to wait an additional 4 to 6 weeks since there was no improvement without any further explanation or analysis.
