I visited his office for an annual health check up. The receptionist, nurse and Dr. Rotter were all very friendly and courteous. He answered my questions and concerns patiently and courteously. Thanks to him, my concerns that I had due to the information on the internet were resolved. I appreciated his experienced knowledge and his warm treatment for patients with physical concerns.

Dr. Rotter is excellent, but his staff—especially the male nurse/office staff—was unacceptable. My prescription refill was denied despite a stable thyroid condition for 20 years and no current issues. I was pressured to schedule an unnecessary second routine visit just to obtain the refill, which would require out-of-pocket payment. This felt inappropriate and concerning.
