Dr. Ramon was the ER doc on call when my mother came in. He exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. He spoke to my sister and I on face time regarding our mother's condition, did not rush, triple checked her labs, brought her water and orange juice and had incredible bedside manner. In addition to all these amazing things, we could tell he genuinely cared about our Mom, and answered all of our questions patiently and thoughtfully. Thank you, Dr. Ramon. We are very grateful.
