The surgery went well, and Dr. Lalani is nice to deal with. However, if you require any follow up, you are basically out of luck. I've been trying to contact Dr. Lalani and his receptionist won't pass any messages on or basically respond at all, that is if you are lucky enough to get ahold of her.
The receptionist demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy, making my visit an unpleasant ordeal. Their rudeness was not only unwarranted but also deeply disappointing, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a healthcare setting, where empathy and compassion should be paramount.
As a Surgeon Dr Lalani did great job, as I got my Tendom Bicep replaced, only reason he gets 2 stars is his office, the last few times I called the lady was rude, impatient, and their office is almost impossible to reach, they're also not calling back when you leave a message
Non-responsive office staff ruin an otherwise great medical experience.
