The surgery went well, and Dr. Lalani is nice to deal with. However, if you require any follow up, you are basically out of luck. I've been trying to contact Dr. Lalani and his receptionist won't pass any messages on or basically respond at all, that is if you are lucky enough to get ahold of her.
The receptionist demonstrated a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy, making my visit an unpleasant ordeal. Their rudeness was not only unwarranted but also deeply disappointing, leaving me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. It's disheartening to encounter such behavior in a healthcare setting, where empathy and compassion should be paramount.
