Amazing office staff and MD lovelady addressed all my concerns
Dr. Lovelady is the absolute BEST Gynecologist. I’ve been a patient of hers for years and recently reconnected. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The office is super clean and everyone has an amazing attitude.
If you've ever endured the torment of severe menstrual cramps, heavy bleeding, and unrelenting nausea and fainting for over a week each month, you understand the desperation for answers and relief. If I could give this office an ZERO, I would. I haven't had NO experience with the two doctors there , all because of the STAFF. The office supposedly be open at 9am closes at 5pm. Now tell me why NO ONE ever answer, but the answering service? Then , when I think someone will answer between 2to5 they don't. SMH, ( Frustrated ) . They turn the phones over at 4:30. Wow to say the least !! Just think ,my PCP referred me to this office
