If I could leave less stars I would This place is an absolute RIPOFF! My daughter in law came in to have teeth pulled and they charged her $190 for 3 tablets of triazolam. That medication couldn’t have cost them more than a few cents. Literally!! I worked in pharmacy for many years and I KNOW the cost. She can’t afford that money, but was lead to believe she needed it. Extractions finished, she left the room leaving behind a bowl of my own bloody teeth for me to gawk at. Rather insensitive. She didn't care how painful the novacane injections were for me or bother to hide her impatience. Lower partial was ill fit and was never able to speak properly with it in. Won't be going back if I can help it.
I got a cleaning and x-rays that revealed I had a cavity. She refused to book me to address the cavity becuase she was "overwhelmed" with clients... Forcing me to "find another dentist & get the work done" as She put it. Why take me on making me go through all the paperwork if you didn't need the business? Poor service, attitude & environment.
The entire experience was relaxed, and professional. Had a tooth extracted, yeah, it hurt but the dentist worked with me every step of the way. Very excellent experience, especially for a dental-phobic person!
I love Nowak....she makes sure your numb and shes quick!
