Extremely unhappy and emotionally scarred. Still have horrible digestive problems. Looking for another doctor.
treated me for 2 years during which time i failed to improve and suffered mightily. if i called too often to report daily excruciating pain and endless vomitting, the staff would tell me to stop calling. i finally sought a second opinion and he wrote me a letter telling me to leave the practice. his p.a. is very skilled, and dr lui is too, i think the real problem is his hateful staff.
You make an appointment with Dr Lui and you are always being visited by his Physician Assistant,unless it is an emergency.The doctor is not thorough with diagnosis and explanations and he is always in the hurry.
I almost died AND I have been in worst condition than I was before his "Procedures"! I would NEVER, EVER recommend him to anybody! I still must chew my food in minute pieces in order to swallow and something now does not work correctly when I have a bowel movement. I was in bed for 5 days IMMEDIATELY after the procedures with some kind of bad infection; I really thought I was going to die, I was sooooo sick. They did call to check on me after 4 days and when I told them how sick I had been since IMMEDIATELY after the surgery... read more
He's always ready to see you for a colonoscopy...but if you make an appt. for a general visit......you will only get to see his Patient Assistant. After several visits, I left as I felt I was paying Doctor's prices for a Patient Assistant.
