I had a very disappointing experience with the billing Department Alec FERRADAS Dental. I received an unexpected and threatening voicemail from Thu regarding a bill that I hadn’t even received yet. When I called back to address the voicemail and let them know u hadn’t received any bill, Thu simply said that one had been sent, without offering an apology for the rude voicemail. This is not how a business should treat it’s customers. The lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable.
