I not sure how this man gets bad reviews but I can recognize petty malcontents in many of the negative reviews. Dr Beretta is a fantastic orthopedic surgeon who has treated both hip and knee injuries. His willingness to listen and discuss all aspects of treatment is exceptional. He explains everything thoroughly and follows through in every aspect. One of, if not THE BEST DOCTORS I have ever been lucky enough to be his patient. I get no benefit whatsoever from this review: just stating facts.
The staff were all super friendly and kind. Dr. Beretta knew exactly what was going on with me based off my exam and X-ray, pointed to my exact spot of pain and gave me a treatment plan. The visit was quick and successful. I would recommend him.
Stole my money. Told me I had to pay out of pocket and then billed my insurance who paid them. Fraud double billing. I’ve spent months trying to get my money back and no way to get a hold of anyone. Nightmare. Stay away.
Appointment at 2pm it’s 3:12pm and still waiting to be seen. The worst office in Naples Florida. Bring Lunch and a movie. This is Unacceptable!!
