Staff is unprofessional, rude and dismissive. One young woman had me ping pinging on the phone, another placed me on hold twice. I was hung up on three times between two offices. The original young lady who continously kept transferring me, refused me the right to speak to the Office Manager and when I asked her, her name she transferred me again. If this is how they treat professionals can you imagine how they treat patients. Mind you I was calling regarding a patient.
Absolutely horrible experience! First time it took forever to check my lungs, but I was fine, cause it was busy. I went a second time for him to read my x-ray, had an appointment at 1pm and entered at 3pm. The assistant wasn’t useful either and didn’t care, she told me at 2pm he was on lunch break. AN HOUR AFTER MY APPOINTMENT WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE PLACE!! Also I saw a lot of people coming in an out, including like a big pharma agent with a name tag in a suit.
