I had a horrible experience with Leyda, on November 30 at 2:50 pm. I walked in and asked to please change an appointment, she said i had to wait for her to attend 10 patients before she could attend me for one minute of her time. I explained to her I was not there to be seen, but no one answers the phone, that i just wanted to change an appointment, she continued to give me a terrible attitude, she raised her voice at me and made me wait, i nicely asked her again after she called a few patients, and she said i had to wait.
