Great doctor
Dr. Siu is a very great doctor. Very positive in his outlook and very kind and considerate to his patients. The receptionist on the other hand is another story. She will tell you to come at 8 am for blood work (fasting) and the office is close. Waited for 2 hours in 29 degrees in and out of my car to check. There were many patients waiting out in the cold for two hours. At 10:25 am the office was still closed. I called the answering service atleast 4 times, that did not help. Set up an appointment. The lady on the phone told me to go to 526 Bloomfield Ave in Verona. I double-checked with her that it was Verona and not Caldwell and she confirmed. Went to Verona, there is no office at this address, it is a shopping plaza and there was only a closed dentist's office. Couldn't get anybody on the phone again so I went to this Caldwell location and there is no office of Albert Siu either. Complete waste of time.
Dr. Su is a wonderful doctor and nephrologist. He has an extremely positive attitude and a brilliant physician. I hope I will be dealing with Dr. Su for many years to come. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to write a review about this awesome physician.
