Dr. Jeffries and I met 10 years ago when I started having neck issues from a previous surgery. We reconnected due to some degenerative concerns, and he has been amazing. Very methodical in his approach, not quick to diagnose and push patients out the door. I place my neurological health in his hands.
It was very informative and straightforward.
I did not feel rushed. I was there on time and had registered online; waited a few minutes and had time for the restroom. When I returned he was there to usher me in. He always comes for his patients and walks with them to, his office, in my case. He listened patiently as I updated him on my medical problems since my last visit, having had to miss my March appointment because of health-related illness. I have been Dr. Eckmann's patient for over thirty years. He has always been very thorough and reassuring. His staff is also very helpful. Many times I have contacted the office, upset about something I'm going through His front desk staff always relays my concerns and I usually hear from the doctor within 24 hours. Dr Eckmann gave me a very thorough initial consultation going back into family history, my current health issue, various aspects of my issue that I was aware of and others that I was not, or had not thought about. He affirmed my initial thoughts about my condition but recommended a number of specific tests for me to have done before a scheduled return visit at which time with the additional expansion of the data base from the test results he would have a better perspective in narrowing down the potential cause(s) of my situa... read more
Dr. Jeffries has been treating me for neuropathy of my feet and pain associated with my sciatic nerve. He has worked closely with my orthopedist to determine the right treatment to minimize the pain. That has lessened the pain and made my every day activities more enjoyable.
