Very poor customer service. “Sam” doesn’t want to take appointment itself. Very rude and un professional.
This doctor or his staff never returns calls. Unfortunately it is always in the middle of tests.... can't get them to return calls in order to get corrected information to the insurance company. So in the interim weeks go by and neurological testings are not approved! What the Sam Hill is going on with this picture? I am sooooo pissed!!!! It is so hard to get neurological appointments as it is so when you get one very unprofessional in returning urgent messages!
