Attentive, responsive, knowledgeable physician. We are grateful to have him as our the provider for our family. He is great with kids/ teens also.
Dr Keep is the best PCP I have ever had. He is real, caring, open, and honest. He is friendly and makes me feel comfortable. His staff is also amazing. I wasn't assigned as his patient I was originally assigned to another KP Dr, I called and had my PCP changed to Dr Keep.
So disappointed with the process. I had an appointment over 2 months ago and my referral still hasn't gone through. He literally failed to send it correctly the first time which resulted in a denial from Kaiser for a procedure I didn't even request!! Then he lied about it and said he didn't know what I was talking about, so I sent him a picture of the denial letter and he didn't even acknowledge the mistake... I finally gave up on trying to see my own doctor and now the local specialist he referred me to last week still hasn... read more
