Dr. Li is very friendly and willing to listen to my foot concerns, I'm not sure why the other patients had such bad experiences. Very punctual and on-time, which is a rarity these days.
I saw Dr.Li 4 months ago. My foot was blue, toes were swollen and I could not walk on my foot. He told me it was fine... 4 months later and I am experiencing pain and toes have not gone back to their original size and mobility. Waste of money. I certainly do not recommend him.
Dr. Albert Li is a professional that successfully took care of my families foot problems in the past. His long time receptionist, however, still has to learn basics of customer care and communication. I referred two patients to this office in the past. Recently I tried to book an appointment for my wife. My intention was to get custom orthotics (shoe inserts) produced.
