This dentist seems like he knows what he’s doing but three years after I had implants with him I am seeing a new dentist. I have been told by two different dentist that I should have had a bone graft. Now I called him many times and no answer. Dr. St. Germain's stuffs were rude and showed very poor communications with patients; Dr. St. Germain also performed very poor jobs for the permanent and temporary crowns. The crowns he made came off many times and eventually I had to change the dentist
