This is the second time I go there, And I am satisfied with their services. The optometrist is the best!!
The service here is quite horrible. My mom went in for an eye surgery and so many things happened wrong. First, she was never sent with pain med prescription AFTER surgery and was in excruciating pain. Second, her eye got infected but the doctor insists it was fine. Anyway she put her on different meds which helped the infection; but takes forever to fill a prescription. She’s been a few weeks without. The secretary will relay the message but they are useless. The front desk girl with the black hair is so rude! Like if you don’t like your job maybe just quit ? Instead of having that negative attitude towards your clients.You get paid to sit at a dest the whole day to greet people so maybe greet them right ? I had the worst experience at this location this morning.DO BETTER.
