Had my sleep study done with Dr. Macrae. He was able to discuss what I needed to do in order to needing a sleep apnea machine. I also had a Sinus Procedure in the office that since then allowed me to sleep better at night and my allergies are easier to control.
Dr. Macrae treated me with my sinusitis before my children were born and have been blessed that it has been controlled. Since my children were born and then started to have ear infections and uncontrolled allergies I knew he was the best person to see. He has assisted 2 of my kids with tubes in their ears due to chronic ear infections and all 3 have been allergy tested, treated, and I am one happy mother. No more missing school or time away from my work. I love it Here!
Dr is OK, but staff is incompetent. After they made a mistake they sent us to collections incorrectly. Financial side is resolved but clinic will not correct the incorrect credit report. Expect them to mess up your billing, and expect to pay more than you owe to resolve the issue. It seems to be their MO surrounding lower reimbursement rates from insurance. The Dr stays arms-length from actually running his office. IMHO

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting Dr.Lynn-Macrae. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the treatment.

I went to see Dr. Lynn-Macrae for a second opinion. I had recently seen a doctor in Edinburg that said I needed to have a sinus surgery as soon as possible and seemed to be very pushy. I felt very uncomfortable. Dr. Lynn-Macrae made me feel much better when he went over my CT scan with my husband and I. He discussed multiple treatment options and did not pressure me into any kind of surgery. So glad I went in for a second opinion.
