This doctor is unprofessional, the staff is also rude and not empathetic. I went a total of 3-4 times for routine check ups and each time I had a different issue. Long wait times, short conversations and questions of my personal life. I definitely don’t recommend to anyone
I’m reading these reviews I understand the issues and hope that the office staff reads themselves and make changes . Also always know who you are talking to or about ,DR THOMAS retired the practices during 2022 !! , He is a good Doctor and very knowledgeable! Remember if you have an issues and some people don’t speak up it’s your health your time and your money ! Dr Alapatt Thomas was retired atleast 5 years ago from this facility as per the staff and they still display his name and gives the appointment through zocdoc app. Not sure why they doing it. Never take appointment for him even though it shows he is available. I had appointment for Dr Thomas on March 21 2019 and was not able to see him.
