Words cannot translate how grateful I am to Dr Alap Choksey. I broke my tooth about 4 years ago and have been trying to get implants since then but was not able to because I was scared and worried about the outcome. That is until I met Dr Choksey. He was wonderful from day 1. Before the procedure he was extremely helpful and patient and took the time to explain every detail and put my worries to rest. He's gentle and very detail oriented. Based on my research, I believe Dr. Choksey is the most experienced dentist on the Corner Dental team in my town. I had a special situation going on, so I wanted a doctor with solid experience. Dr. Choksey comes across as skilled, efficient and trustworthy. He took care of what I needed taken care of, and answered all my questions to my full satisfaction. deceitful billing practices - after a pre-authorization, was told my portion of a bone graft was $1000; after the procedure I was told I owed an additional $1623 for pins and bone cadaver. How was that not covered in the initial pre-authorization of services!?? WHAT IS THE POINT OF A PRE-AUTHORIZATION IF THE CAN COME BACK AND CHARGE WHATEVER ELSE THEY WANT!?
My experience with Dr.Choksey was safe and informational. He is all about making you feel comfortable and makes sure you understand why you need great oral hygiene. He was very gentle and accommodating to my needs. I have been to other dentists and Dr. Choksey has been the best! His staff is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I traveled a great distance to see him as he was recommended to me and it was worth the trip. I highly recommend Dr. Choksey.
He is so friendly and its obvious to me that he loves what he does.
