I came in with a bit of an usual problem. He seemed really perplexed and didn't know what to do. Which is fine, can't expect doctors to know everything, but in the notes he wrote something completely different to what I was experiencing and kind of just made things up. I then had trouble with a new GI doc explaining my past medical records. With this level of poor communication I would have trouble trusting him to do anything.
First of all the nurses and anesthetist on his team are the real stars here. I was terrified at being put out. They were angels so caring , calmed me down. I trusted them(I trust no medical professionals so that’s a big deal) The dr showed compassion with my fear too. But when colonoscopy was done he offered no advice to deal with the problem. Guess I’ll have to figure it out myself.

I was referred to him with various symptoms. He performed an endoscopy, found nothing, and then did zero follow up. No suggested next step. Nothing. After contacting his office to see what was next, they scheduled a colonoscopy. Great. Very caring, knowledgeable and compassionate. Has performed my colonoscopy and two emergency endoscopies. His team is always pleasant and they love my nails 💅🤣😁
