Excellent dentist. Used him for years and always a positive experience. Happy to fully explain procedures, options and results in clear, unambiguous terms.

If I could rate this dentist with 0 stars, I would do it. Walking into this office immediately gives you the feeling of walking into a funeral home. It is musty, dark, and always smells of an older lady's perfume. I turned to Dr. Vines after experiencing some less than desirable dental work elsewhere. I was given an appointment and I was told that more than likely, my insurance would not cover the visit.
