Dr. Alan Schwartz was by far my worst experience with optometrists. It is his way or no way! He does not truly care about his patients and it is clear that he is not a people person. He is very rude and inconsiderate. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
