RecommendedOffice is very clean, staff is friendly, and the doctor is just an overall delight. I also appreciated that I was seen on time.
Dr. Schlussel is a knowledgeable optometrist. He performs a thorough eye exam and takes his time addressing the patient's needs. They have up-to-date equipment for checking your eyes. The office workers takes their time in helping the patients and I have always received excellent service from them. There is never any pressure to purchase products from them. I highly recommend Dr. Schlussel.
The receptionist was not friendly at all. The woman who did my 13 year olds initial eye exam was also not warm and friendly. And lastly the doctor. My daughter asked that we not go back there. I know it was after 5 and maybe everyone had a long day but the level of impatience and just overall feeling of being unwelcome and almost annoying everyone with our presence was overwhelming. 4 years ago we had a great experience.
