Great work. Very caring. No pain! I am in the process of having two crowns done. I also had deep cleaning done since it has been a few years between dental visits. I hate pain! The dentist, Dr. Samuel, called me after one long day in the dentist's chair to see how I was feeling. I never had a dentist call to see how I'm doing and I've been to many dentists over the years. I was recommended to Dr Sumuel over 15 years ago and I will never change my dentist unless I am dragged somewhere else against my will. His chairside manner is so gentle and comforting. I have never felt pain or discomfort. I like the fact that he is always using new techniques and very clearly describes what and why he is doing what he is doing. I wish he would program the TV's over each chair to show a channel of news or sports instead of blank. Otherwise cannot think of anything negative about this dentist
Dr. Samuels is great -- he's been my dentist for 10 years (a colleague recommended him) -- I've never had a problem getting in during an emergency and his office always runs on time.
I used this Dentist 23 years ago and actually cried when our new insurance didn't include him. I have never had a dentist as caring and gentle since Dr. Samuel. On a weekend night I called in pain, he made the trip all the way in from Malibu to take care of the problem and make sure I was comfortable through the weekend. My daughter is currently looking for a dentist in the area and we saw his name listed on her insurance. I'm jealous but happy for her! Hopefully someday we'll be able to return to him.
