I couldn't have asked for better care and decision making during my colon resection (Diverticulitis). He cared deeply and decisions were made with care and expertise.

The office staff is some of the most uncaring people I have ever encountered in the medical field. I would never go back because of them.

I saw Dr. Walters for the first time today. He was very kind and spent a good amount of time explaining my condition (in easy to understand language). His staff was also very nice and helpful.

The Office staff is less than helpful. Didn't act like they cared at all. Some medical assistant took my husband's blood pressure over a thick jacket, which gave an inaccurate high reading. I suggested they take it with the jacket off and it was lower. When I complained to Lupe I was told that it didn't really matter if it was a high reading, "as long as it wasn't too high". Really? She has been rude and condescending on more than one occasion. Waiting 2 hours in an office that is totally inadequate is unacceptable.

Terrible bedside manner, doesn’t answer questions, said my father had an infection and he did not... put him through opening up the wound for no reason. Doctors in Phoenix said if you did have an infection Dr. Walters had the incorrect anabiotic’s. Had My dad transferred to Phoenix for a better care. If you have a loved one in his care keep a watchful eye. One of the nurses said he is a surgeon with the least amount of complications… That means to me is the best of the worst. hik

Dr. Walters is great! Everybody else in his office, though, is entirely unhelpful! Scheduling my surgery (Lupe) and dealing with billing and insurance (Natalie) has been a nightmare. They have treated me worse than an inconvenience. Dealing with them has driven me to look for another provider. Done with their B.S.!!!

He is a good doctor but his office space is to small. Waiting time was 3 1/2 hours. Place was packed. People where standing up. Others where outside waiting for their appointment. Patients said that wait time is about average to see him. Once we say him it went smooth. Surgery went well.
