Constant problems with the office staff. Voluntarily cancelled my appointment without my knowledge and without the doctor's knowledge. Gave me another patient's credit card receipt. My lab results came live on a Monday, the office staff never gave the doctor my lab results until that Friday according to the doctor. These things are just the tip of the iceberg of how irresponsible this office is. DR. Plumer is great..unfortunately his staff members very unprofessional and extremely rude: especially Emily. I would steer clear of them due to this unless you'd like to be belittled and treated like you are just another number or dollar.
