I've been living my entire life with ADHD and since my parents never got me tested at a young age, its been very difficult to get the ball rolling with treatment. Until I ran into this place, and my new psychiatrist. Carl the therapist is very helpful plus he makes me feel like im a human being and like I actually matter. I wanna do good in like and I feel they will guide me in the right direction.
My experience with ADP— Dr Graham is the kind of psychologist (psychotherapists) that gives me peace but it doesn’t just HAPPEN —it takes work and dedication from both me and him. . I’ve asked for direction in my life over and over. And each time I give him my trust by being honest about myself without fear of judgment or being vulnerable. And then I DO THE WORK … there is no magic wand to therapy.
