Dr. Oester is a such gifted surgeon. I’d give 10 stars if I could. He’s brave, kind, and has THE BEST surgical bedside manner ever. He did my upper eyelid surgery, and it was painless. My results are natural, and beautiful. He calmed whatever anxiety I had by just speaking to me during the procedure. I had local anesthesia only. The assistants were also great. Very kind.
