Dr Oki is very Kind, compassionate and easy to work with. His office staff always complete their tasks in a timely manner and I have no problems with his office. In fact, I have referred him patients. The review below mine stating that there is a dog barking in the background must have the wrong number! Communication with front office staff, including office manager. It is unknown if Dr. Oki was informed. I called to make an appointment for a refill and was told my insurance was no longer accepted and that I would not be getting a refill nor would they offer any referrals. I spoke to the office manager and she told me I missed an appointment 8 months ago (Sept 2022) and that was their rationale for not offering a ONE month refill to allow time to secure another provider. Its impossible to make an appointment. I have been waiting 5 days after a referral and then they said the never received the notes from my PCP even though there was a confirmation snd I was standing right there listening to them talking to them and watching them fax it. I left messages and no reply. When they finally pick up thw phone after just voice-mail all you hear is a bug dig barking. Then they are rude ans basically wasted one week of my time.
