AWFUL. My dentist recently retired so when I suddenly developed a toothache I went to Dr. Levy because he was in my area. The staff reassured me that the x-rays would not be more than $40 (because I had just had x-rays with my other dentist and wasn't inclined to pay for a new set). Before I even walked to my car I had a text demanding $95. My insurance EOB stated that I owed $0 for the appointment so now they are insisting the $95 is for the x-rays. TLDR: Missed tooth decay after getting a filling done with them. They let the decay progress and charged me $400 in follow ups before trying to schedule an un-needed root canal for $2000. Saved my tooth nerve and $2k by going elsewhere. But no full refund for follow up appts which missed decay.
