TLDR: Missed tooth decay after getting a filling done with them. They let the decay progress and charged me $400 in follow ups before trying to schedule an un-needed root canal for $2000. Saved my tooth nerve and $2k by going elsewhere. But no full refund for follow up appts which missed decay.
