This was at a TRIOS location. The service was adequate. Until I followed up with my dr. and the findings were not accurate. I paid my bill in full at TRIOS. Only to get a call 5 months later from a collection agency ! I have never had any correspondence with Kennewick Radiology. I find their competence and billing to be inadequate, and quite frankly offensive to send me to collections without sending me a proper bill. I will be looking elsewhere the next time I need services.
