I have been a patient for over two years and they changed or merged with a new company and because I was 10 minutes late I had to reschedule for a later time I have watched over this last year how they started treating me and never addressed it anytime I spoke with whoever had to get a message to my Doctor and trying to explain the reason I was calling I was rushed off the phone Dr Justice is an Excellent but some over the staff are RUDE!!!! I dont have any problem with any staff members they all is wonderful.
My father has gone here for years and I don't know why. To try to speak to someone about updates on my father, such as canceling an appointment or let them know the condition my father's health is in, you can't reach anyone. The recording, a man's voice, is so annoying. I can't hardly listen for his instructions because it's so annoying. Can't ever get a live person. It's always the instructions to leave a message. I have called, left a message regarding getting the right pharmacy and yet you guys keep sending it to the wrong Kroger. The person that takes the calls, don't call you back.
